Rooftop Yoga

Rooftop Yoga session

This summer, I took up yoga, mainly due to the enticing sound of ‘Rooftop Yoga’ as publicised in Time Out. Based on the rooftop of the multi-storey car park that also houses Franks Cafe, my friends and I went to several classes at 10am on a Sunday during the summer months.

As you can see, the view was amazing and the practising yoga in the open air was incredible. Run by Lucyoga, I tried a couple of different classes including Vinyasa Flow, run by Tania and Dru Yoga, run by Lucy herself. Yoga and pilates was something that I had always been meaning to try, and these classes being located in the local area meant that I had no real excuse not to. I would highly recommend them, not only because of the view but because of the quality of the teachers.
